Informationen für Studierende

Dear Students,

Starting with the winter semester 2026/27, Learn@FU (Moodle) will be the new central learning platform of Freie Universität Berlin. All online courses accompanying courses will be offered exclusively on Learn@FU in the future and will no longer be available on Blackboard.

!!!

Most importantly

Please log in to Learn@FU as soon as possible!

When you log in to the system for the first time, your FU account will be activated and can be used immediately. Only after this has been completed can your course registrations from Campus Management be automatically transferred to the respective courses.

>> Go to login <<

Please note

  • Due to technical reasons, course registrations or changes to bookings in Campus Management will only become visible in Learn@FU after a delay of 24 hours. For first-time registrations, this may take up to 48 hours.
  • You will only see your courses once the instructors have made them available.

Important information about Blackboard

Decommissioning of the previous learning platform Blackboard
  • Blackboard will only remain available in its current form until 31 December 2026!
  • Please use the time available and make sure to save all course materials you may still need before this date.
  • In this context, it is also worth checking your Campus Management account: Please verify that your participation and examination records from previous courses have been correctly recorded there. If you still have outstanding examinations from previous semesters for which Blackboard is still needed for completion or preparation (especially after 31 December 2026), please clarify the next steps directly with your instructors (e.g. whether examination-relevant content from Blackboard needs to be saved).
